- Return Request
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original sealed condition. - Return Process
Please contact customer service via email at GuillermoPenagos@guillermopenagosshop.com to let us know why you wish to return your product.
We will provide you with a return authorization number and return address.
Once you receive the return authorization, please send the product back to the designated address along with the original packaging. - Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The refund amount will include the product price, but will not include shipping costs. - Exceptions
Please note that some products (such as customized items, opened food and hygiene products) may not be eligible for returns.
